Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with a practice group who have qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality Diabetic Foot Care services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide bi-weekly coverage by a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon(s) or Surgical Podiatrist(s) for a four-hour clinic. In-house consultative coverage, and surgical procedures. The term of the proposed contract shall be for the period July 1, 2006 (or date of contract award) through June 30, 2007 with 2 one-year renewal options. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation package is provided electronically.
