Description: Furnish all tools, labor, parts and materials required to inspect, clean, test and adjust a complete electrical system at the VA Medical Center, Canandaigua, New York. Testing and maintenance shall include: switch gear equipment, medium voltage circuit breakers, protective relays, primary disconnects, transformers, low voltage circuit breakers and generators. NOTE: Inspection of transformers shall include infrared thermography to detect heat damage and test for harmonics. All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after date of award.
