- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation FA4608-06-Q-S076 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation as well as all provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 611430/SIC Code 8299. With a small business size of $6,000,000.00. If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this solicitation WILL NOT be resynopsized. Proposals from all business sizes are encouraged. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to bid on this solicitation. DESCRIPTION: Pricing to be provided in 3 line items for: Netlan Sharepoint training and implementation Line item 1. Consultation/site Implementation Line item 2. Custom Windows server 2003, custom active directory, administering sql server 2000, and microsoft sharepoint portal server administration training. Line item 3.
