Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3516059A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07 and Defense DCN 20060412. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5920. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3643. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: Qty 1 EA, Galvanized Pole Forty (40) Foot. Item 0002: Qty 30 EA, 28 x 14 ga Rope Lay Conductor-Tinned. Item 0003: Qty 1 EA, 5/8 inch x 24 inch Solid Aluminum Pt Blunt Tip Less adapter. Item 0004: Qty 2 EA, Bonding Plate Medium Weight Tinned. Qty 4 EA, 5/16 inch x 1 inch SS Hex Cap Screw. Item 0005: Qty 1 EA, 5/8 inch SS Jam Nut. Additional Notes: Round tapered 1/4 inch x 9.0 x 3.4 x 40 foot shaft. 12 inch x 12 inch anchor base with 1 inch holes. Plate welded to top with nut (verify size) for lightning rod to screw into. Two 1/4 inch x 3 inch x 6 inch flanges with two 1/4 inch holes drilled one in each corner welded 25 foot from base. Two 1/4 inch x 4 inch x 6 inch flange 6 inch up from base. Hot dipped galvaized finish. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
