Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY (SOURCES SOUGHT) AND NOT A SOLICITATION. The Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of determining if there are at least two or more responsible business concerns capable of meeting these requirements. The Government intends to use NAICS: 562991. The U.S. Air Force Academy has a requirement for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of U.S. Air Force Academy owned & rental standard, handicapped, and "VIP" Portable Chemical Toilets, and to ensure that all portable chemical toilets are maintained in a clean, sanitary, safe, and are fully operational. Services are performed at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, and Farish Memorial Park (approximately 35 miles northwest of the Academy). Interested businesses shall e-mail or fax their CAGE Code, DUNS number, a brief past performance & capability statement (maximum of 700 words), and stipulate their business status: 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business, or other, signed by a company official with authority to bind the company and verify that the company is able to meet the above requirements. The statement shall be transmitted either by e-mail to: timothy.macfarlane@usafa.af.mil or FAX (719) 333-4747, by 4:00 p.m. MST on Monday, April 24, 2006.
