Description

Furnish all labor, supplies, parts, transportation, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform all work required for completion of Project Number FTQW 04-1013 in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and all contract requirements. Work is described by the contract documents, drawings and technical specifications. The work involves the installation of security fencing in the vicinity of the airfield at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The general work components are clearing of approximately 3 acres of brush and small trees to medium size, installation of 12,200 lineal feet of chain link security fence 7 feet high topped with 3 strand barbed wire, installation of 500 lineal feet of frangible fence and installation of 9 manually operated cantilevered slide gates. The magnitude of this project is $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under the NAICS code 238990. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS, SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS AND AMMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAIALBLE ON THE INTERNET AND DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDE VIA CD ROM. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the total performance period will be 120 days. Note: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive award from a DOD activity. Contractors may access the site at http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 May 2006.
