This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bo nafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-06-Q-6502. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees.
