Description

Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from SRA International, Inc., 8400 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102-3570 for 135 each, OrionMagic Enterprise Users Licen ses and a OrionMagic Annual Maintenance. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)  only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12. SRA International Inc. is the sole proprietor of this software which meets the technical needs and requirements of the project. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing to th e identified point of contact no later than 1530 hrs Central Time Zone on 24 April 2006. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determi nation by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the government to: Vergie.L.Hall@mvk02.usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
