Description

OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, and SECURED PARKING needed in Folsom, California. NC-S-06-0333. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 12,255 Rentable square feet of office/warehouse space, consisting of approximately 1,210 square feet of common use space, 8,065 BOMA usable square feet of office space, 2,980 BOMA usable square feet of Warehouse space, and 45,000 square feet of secured wareyard along with 42 employee parking spaces, 14 visitor parking spaces, and 41 secured parking places, in Folsom, California. The space must be located in one of the following areas: Preference #1 - City of Folsom -- South of Natoma Street/Green Valley Road, East of Folsom Blvd, West of El Dorado County Line, and North of White Rock Road (City of Folsom Annexed Area). Preference #2 - El Dorado Hills/Latrobe Business Park -- South of Green Valley Road, East of the Sacramento County Line, West of El Dorado Hills Blvd/Latrobe Road, up to 1 mile south of Hwy 50. Preference #3 - Aerojet Complex -- South of Folsom Blvd/Hwy 50, East of Hazel Avenue and West of Prairie City Road. The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100 year floodplain.
