- Section One Clarification of length of contract as stated in RFQ Letter & SOW, the SOW should read One Year Base with Four(4) One Year Options as stated in the RFQ vice Base Year and Three(3) One Year Option Years as stated in the SOW. Section Two Question 1. Are GS employees currently performing any of the functions outlined in the SOW? Answer: The OSD Transportation Policy staff consists of military, civilian and contract support to accomplish the various functions indicated in the SOW. Question 2. Are contractor employees currently performing any of the functions outlined in the SOW? Answer Yes. Question 3. What are the Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires Answer :The military working on the OSD Transportation Policy staff are Colonels and Lt. Colonels; the civilians are at the GS-15 level. Question 4. What are the desired qualifications of the different categories of personnel expected to be required for this effort Answer: The OSD Transportation Policy office is looking for one executive administrative assistant to support the ADUSD (TP) staff and one technical representative that is experienced in transportation / distribution / supply chain operations and familiar with the OSD publication staffing process.
