Description

The US Government would like to lease space in Marietta, Georgia. The total requirement of this leasing procurement can be satisfied at their present location, 2002 Powers Ferry Road, Marietta, Georgia 30067, through their current lessor, Gateway Industries & Associates, for approximately 3,740 usable/4,301 rentable square feet of office and related space with 0 structured/surface parking spaces through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality at an economic advantage to the Government including all tenant improvement costs. City Center of Neighborhood: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks should be well maintained. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Location: Cobb Parkway (U.S. 41) on the West; by I-85 on the South; Power Ferry Road on the East; and by Roswell Road on the North. Occupancy: The space is required on or before August 1, 2006: Term: The lease term will be for ten years, five years firm.
