Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), and Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS), Washington, D.C. intends to procure consulting services to assist with establishing an inspection program at point of origin for the table grapes in the Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico region.
