Description: Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transporation, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary for removal of existing hand pump at each location and installation of Government provided, shrouded hand pumps. Hand pumps that are to be removed shall be returned to the Government. Existing drop pipe, cylinder, and rod are to be re-used at each site. Flange gaskets are to be replaced as needed. All work for this project shall be performed by a licensed pump installer. The work is to be done on the Black Hills National Forest at four different sites. Numbered Notes: 1
