Description
SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Loran station Boise City, Cimarron County, Felt, Oklahoma. Work consists of providing and installing new fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) structure for protection against falling ice from the existing Loran tower; re-slop existing roof on Loran Station building to centerline of existing through-wall scupper; furnish and install new roofing system components for replacement-in-kind necessary to meet new roof slope and alignment (existing roof is EPDM single ply membrane); furnish and install new perimeter cap flashing and remove and dispose of existing cap flashing material. The estimated price range of the complete project is between $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Performance time is 120 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238990, with a size standard of $12.0 million. This project is being considered for 100 percent HUBZone set-aside. Interested HUBZone businesses should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer in writing as early as possible and should be received no later than 15 calendar days from the date of this notice. As a minimum, the following information is required: (a) a copy of the certificate issued by the SBA of your qualifications as a HUBZone concern, (b) a positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor, (c) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact and telephone numbers, and (d) provide evidence of bonding capability to the maximum magnitude of the project, to include both single and aggregate totals. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested HUBZone concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested HUBZone concern. Information should be faxed to 305/278-6696. If adequate interest is not received from HUBZone concerns by close of business 15 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside.
