Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to American College of Surgeons Chicago, IL for the following: Line Item 1: Qty 1 YEAR, American College of Surgeons? (ACS) National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP). In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b)(1), soliciting from a single source when only one source is reasonably available and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase is for a web based surgical outcome analysis project for surgical care at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. This provides quality metrics for the recognition and improvement of problem areas in the care of surgery patients at the medical center. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard 813920 and Size Standard $6,000,000 applies to this procurement. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
