- This is notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract to Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN, for the rental of lodging and conference space for the Southeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group (SEMARSG) Conference scheduled 21-23 April. This award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The use of Other Than Full and Open Competition is authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determin ation not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Anticipa ted award date is 20 April 2006.
