Description

This statement of work is amended to make two changes: eliminate the requirement for new or remanufactured equipment, and increase the quantity of base copies in Band I machines. The requirement for new or remanufactured machines is eliminated. The vendor is required to provide a fully operational piece of equipment and to maintain it during the rental period. Any piece of equipment requiring three service calls during a ten day period will be replaced, therefore, the government feels it is not nece ssary to require a new machine. Minimum number of copies on Band I machines is increased to 8000 per week. CLIN 0001A Band I is increased to 8000 copies per week. CLIN 0003A cost per copy over minimum for Band I is increased to any copies over 8000 per week. Deadline for bids is extended to Monday, 24 April 2006 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
