Description

DESC: NSN 2540-00-445-9273, Part Number 10905483:19207, the item to procure is SEAT, VEHICULAR. It has 13 parts consisting of a Seat Assemblies, Commander's Hatch Cushioning Pad, Gunner's Hatch Cushioning Padd, Cushioning Pads, Backrest Cushion, Seat Assemblies, Loaders Seat Assemblies and an Optical Instrument Headrest assembly. The parts are fabricated from steel castings, steel and aluminum stock with cushioning neoprene expanded foam conforming to MIL-C-3133, reinforcing netting Natural Fiber Typ e 1, Spec JJ-S-746. Finish per class 1A, SpecMIL-C-5541. Assemblies are treated per process C1 Spec of Mil-P-116 and all surfaces are coated with Neoprene Rubber, .035 thick, per SAE J19 and color is Olive Drab of FED-STD-595. Seamless construction is r equired on some of the items. The largest approximate outside dimension of the parts are 16 inches x 15 inches x 10 inches. Requirements are 40 EA, SEAT, VEHICULAR. FOB is DESTINATION. For use on the M60A3 TANK. Estimated issue date is MAY 1, 2006. Thi s solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
