- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332313. The work consists of the specific requirements for design, and manufacture of 20 each Mooring Buoys. Only the Mooring Buoys and Mooring Tee attachment assembly themselves will be supplies under this contract. The Mooring Tee will be manufactured under a separate contract. Drawings showing the Mooring Tee are provided for hole pattern reference for the buoy design. Inspection and Acceptance will be in accordance with the specification clause. Delivery is due within 180 c alendar days after government approval of submittals. Warranty inspection is in accordance with specification warranty clause. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (NO PAPER COPIES). This is set-aside for small business. Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this announcement.
