- The U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest to lease approximately 1,500 Rentable Square Feet to yield a minimum of 1,304 ANSI/BOMA office and related area. Space should be street level located in a Class A building with attractive and professional surroundings, and situated in a well-landscaped and maintained setting. Five on-site designated surface spaces must be provided to accommodate the full-time employee and 1 official vehicle parking requirement. Minimal customer parking is required. Space configuration will be basic, i.e., breakroom/training room combination, manager's office, and workspace for 4 full-time employees. Offered space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped and will be subject to all building or construction rules, regulations and/or ordinances on local, county, state, and federal levels as they apply. Space offered must be located within the Southwest Boise area, specifically bounded as follows: Meridian Road on the West, Pine/Executive/Emerald on the North, Victory on the South, and Orchard on the East. Lease term will be 5 years firm. Space should be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2006. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. To submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, April 28, 2006. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, percentage of common area factor used to determine the rentable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
