Description

Contractor shall provide necessary labor, tools, and approved test equipment to perform inspection, testing and preventive maintenance service on electrical equipment (substations) at the DSCC facility. The equipment to be inspected, tested and have preventive maintenance includes electrical substations, disconnect switches, circuit breakers, load tap changers, transformers, and other medium and high voltage equipment and components. Contractor and Contractor?s field engineer shall each possess five (5) years of experience performing similar high and medium voltage electrical equipment and substation maintenance, protective relay testing and calibration and preparation of inspection reports. Certification of Contractor?s and Contractor?s field engineer?s experience with medium and high voltage equipment and components shall be submitted with the proposal. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed four years.
