Description: The Bend Fort Rock District of the Deschutes National Forest plans to solicit for the tree cutting (thinning) and treatment of activity-created slash by lopping or bucking on a total of 1485 acres comprised of 33 individual treatment units. Treatment shall be performed on all portions of all acres contained within individual unit boundaries. Work is estimated to commence May 15, 2006 and work shall be completed no later than July 31, 2007.
