Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION WCRO Workstations (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written proposal (to include price quote for all CLINS) on RFQ reference number FA2517-06-T-6021. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. (IV) This solicitation is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. (V) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial items: 50 each - OP GX620 minitower P4 630/3ghz, 2M, 800FSB Hyperthreading (221-8367), NTFS File System, Factory Installed (420-3699), 512MB, Non-ECC, 533MHz DDR2 2x256(311-5014), No keyboard (310-2891), no monitor (320-3704), Integrated video, GMA950 (320-4269), 80GB SATA 3.0Gbs and 8MB data burst cashe(341-2247), 3.5 inch 1.44MB, Floppy drive (341-2266), Windows XP Professional SP 2, with media, english, factory installed (420-4850), no mouse (310-3553), RoHS compliant lead free chassis and motherboard (341- 2663), 48X CD-ROM, EIDE (313-3331), Integrated AC97 Audio (313-8170), Internal chassis speaker (313- 3350), No resource CD (313-3673), Type 3 Contract - NBD parts and labor on-site response, initial year (900-6630), Type 3 Contract - NBD parts and labor on-site response, 2YR extended (960-2402). 50 each - 100BFX ST PCI FETH-Fiber NIC Federal (A05590091) 50 each - Serial port adapter, full height, (310-6622) (VII) Delivery to Peterson AFB, CO by 18 May 06. (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items (Jan 2004), applies to this acquisition. In addition to written quotes, offerors are instructed to provide a brief capability statement describing qualifications to perform requirements listed at paragraphs V and VI. (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. A contract will be awarded to the vendor using the following criteria to determine best value to the Government: Lowest price and technically acceptable. (X) The offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Cerifications Application (ORCA) which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (May 2004).
