Description
S--Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide various upgrades at the U. S. Armed Forces Recruiting Station located at 2383 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA in strict accordance with the statement of work/drawing included in the r equest for quotations. The requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The cost estimate is between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00. The tasks consist of painting, carpet removal and installation of new, removal and replacement of office furniture in order to install carpet, and the replacement of ceiling tiles in various offices at the recruiting offices. It is STRONGLY urged that a site visit be performed in order to establish exact measurements for painting, carpeting and ceiling tiles. All respon sible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provide in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. the media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation w ill be the internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors' requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may register to be placed on the Bidders/Offerors mailing list by going to the website https ://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil . In order to reduce the possibility of error and to increase the quality of our service to you, all deliveries, packages, etc. must include the name of the particular contract specialist for the particular project. All deliveri es, packages, etc. of more than one box or container must be bound together by tape or other means. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact their cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Service Disabled Veteran Ow ned Business Certification. Without SBASDB certification, a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/subcontractors.
