San Diego Service Center, 401 West ?A? Street, Suite 2075, San Diego, CA 92101 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 10,200 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 8,450 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 9,295 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and thirty-three (33) parking spaces for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of San Diego, CA: California State Highway 52 (Northern Border); Friars Road (Southern Border); US Interstate Highway 15 (Eastern Border); US Interstate Highway 805 (Western Border). LEASE TERM: The lease will be for seven (7) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, should not be located in a flood plain, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
