Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NGA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Methods described in FAR 13.1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423430 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation number for this requirement is Request for Quote (RFQ) HM1653-06-T-0010. The requirement is for Cisco Brand Name Hardware and services as follows: CLIN 0001: WS-C3550-24-FX-SMI: Cisco Catalyst 3550-24 Port 100FX MMF Switch w/GBIC (6 Each) CLIN 0002: CAB-AC: Cisco AC Power Cord, US (6 Each) CLIN 0003: WS-G5484: Cisco GBIC 1000BSX Short Wavelength GBIC (Multimode Only) (12 Each) CLIN 0004: CON-SNT-C3550-24F: Smartnet 8X5XNBD SVC, 24-100FX MMF+2GBIC, STD. MULT. SW Image (6 Each) All offerors must submit documentation to show that they are authorized by CISCO to sell the required items and maintenance. Deliver is FOB Destination to National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Attn: Covert Beach, PJSM-MS N-024, 1200 First Street, SE, Washington, DC 20303 by 30 Days ARO. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Commercial Acquisition Circular 2005-07. Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who meets the requirement.
