- Pr Number: IQC06047009003 FSC: 5325 various Nomenclature: Stud, Turnlock Fasteners RFP Due Date: 5/22/1006 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for 37 Core Items and 149 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5325-00-019-9235. This procurement is for a two year base, with three one year options. This procurement is restricted to part numbered Turnlock items, sources are limited to those cited on the item(s) descriptions. This acquisition is not a small business set aside. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 c(1) The Government does not possess unrestricted technical data. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 250 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years. All items but one on this solicitation is subject the Trade Agreements Act. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. The anticipated award date is 8/2006 Price and past performance are of equal value.
