Description
RD051650150000/IQC06081009012. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN . This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-00-523-9770, Coupling, Male, Spherical, Driveshaft, Tail IAW Bell Helicopter Co., Cage 97499, DWG 204-040-603 Rev ?AD? DTD 31 May 89 and AMCOM, Cage 81996, Procurement Pkg 204-040-603- REV ?G? and SS204-040-603 REV ?B? DTD 10 Jul 02. P/N 204-040-603-9, with Intended Sources Precision Gear Inc., Cage 21540 and Equitable Engineering Co., Cage 11867. The estimated annual demand for this contract is 71 each. Option years 1-4 with a quantity of 80 each. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. This item is Flight Critical Safety Item. QCC ? PHM. Surge Requirements Do Not Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Minimum quantities ? 20 each and Maximum quantities 160 each; Required delivery is 240 days ARO, First Article Testing is required in 180 days, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Notes 1 and 26 apply. This LTC is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
