Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Facilities Security Group (AJW-25) is conducting a Market Survey/Request for Information to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace. This announcement is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) of any kind. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party's expense. Response to this Market Survey: Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. Reponses to this market survey should include how the vendor intends to satisfy each requirement of Attachment A (i.e. paragraphs A. Training Development Phase, B. Instructional Delivery Phase, C. Vendor Experience in Aviation Security Specific Related Training Development/Delivery and D. Security/Experience working on Federal Facilities or Federal Contracts). Responses must also include a completed Business Declaration form. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead and limited to a total of 10 pages. No type font less than 12-point may be used. All responses, including any attachments, should be submitted electronically to the following email address: richard.conyac@faa.gov. (Reference market survey DTFAAC-06-S-00101). Responses received after this date will be determined late and may not be considered. All responses, including attachments, should be submitted in either Microsoft Word, or portable document format (pdf). Also please note that the FAA e-mail server restricts file size to 10MB per e-mail, therefore responses may have to be submitted in more than one e-mail in order to be received.
