- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System requires a contractor to perform a Facility Condition Assessment for the leased clinic space located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Government anticipates award of a contract to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a firm-fixed price contract and this acquisition is set-aside for emerging small businesses. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541310, threshold of $4 million. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration). Solicitation is available at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
