Description

The Fort Knox Directorate of Contracting is conducting market research for the following requirement: To create, develop, test implement and sustain a 360-Degree Survey Program. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, documentation, suppl ies, facilities, and equipment to develop a 360-Degree Survey Program for the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) consisting of two instruments: leader development instrument and survey feedback instruments and an on-line program of the final product. The program shall contain culture-based, unit specific leadership assessment tools to measure the skills needed by Recruiting First Sergeants to clarify the mission and execute the recruiting plan while maintaining commitment to the recruiting company and sta tion teams. Feedback from this program will support psychological and training services provided to First Sergeants at the US Army Recruiting & Retention School. This synopsis is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determined procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought synopsis. The go vernment is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
