Description

This performance work statement (PWS) sets forth the performance objectives to provide the technical and managerial services required to support the long-term effort to expand IT applications throughout SDDC. " Continue support to deployable and mobile port operation centers (DPOC/MPOCs) fielding, including on-site evaluation of on-going construction, operational testing and communications standardization. " Finalize DPOC handbook to provide operators C4 system operations guidance and training plans. " Revise DPOC and MPOC operational manuals and functional requirements based on field use/comments, as required. " Provide and analyze the best value approach for DPOC/MPOC operations and maintenance. " Support automatic identification technology integration (AIT) into SDDC business process to include but not limited to active, passive RFID, and other next generation wireless communications technology. " Support and facilitate SDDC staff in developing AIT/ITV policy and operations documentation. " Support Distribution Process Owner (DPO) systems analysis. " Conduct COTS/GOTS software business case analyses, as required. " Provide Enterprise Architecture support as required. " Prepare monthly status reports.
