PRON: AX6C0236AX, NSN: 5306-00-008-5032, PN: BACB30ST10-40, Quantity: 400 each, applicable to CH-47, delivery to DEF DIST DEPOT RED RIVER RECEIVING BLDG 499, 10TH ST. AND K AVE, TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000. Required d elivery is 400 each, at a rate of 28 each per-month 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article Testing and 400 each, at a rate of 28 each per-month, 209 DACA without First Article Testing. The First Article Test Report is due 179 DACA. This item is restricted to Avibank MFG Inc. (84256), and The Boeing Company (77272) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technic al data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms ar e encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which s hall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOS EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
