Description
GSA is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective April 21, 2006, electronically only. The Schedule is entitled "FSC 71, Part II, Section H -- Packaged Furniture Program ". The solicitation number is 3FNH A3-000001-B, Refreshed #5. This refreshed solicitation replaces the solicitation issued July 15, 2005 (Refresher #4). Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 3FNH A3-000001-B (include the dashes). The solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. The changes made to the solicitation include updated clauses. Contracting questions should be directed to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous. Resultant contracts will be for five (5) years, with three (3) five (5) year options to your contract, for a total of twenty (20) years if performance is satisfactory. The options are not guaranteed. Some of the measurements of satisfactory performance will be such things as adequate sales, quality performance, and timely IFF payments. One of the most important evaluative factors will be participation in the ?GSA Advantage!? program. None of these options will be exercised unless your firm has posted its contract information to the ?GSA Advantage!? website. All offers received will have 6 months after award of a Federal Supply Schedule contract to submit their electronic catalog to ?GSA Advantage!? website. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. We actively solicit offers from 8(a) firms for the products/services found under this MAS solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is available on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov as an Acrobat document. Interested parties who are unable to access the solicitation via the Internet may fax a request to 703 305 6290 or mail the request to the address above. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Be sure to include your complete address and email address, and indicated whether you want a diskette mailed or an email with the solicitation attached sent to you.
