Description

Dept of VA (Atlanta) is interested in leasing bet 9,500 to 9,990 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of 1st class general office space within 5 miles of East Point, GA. The space must have convenient access from main thoroughfares, close to public transportation (MARTA), parking for 30 spaces, which shall include 5 spaces reserved for handicap parking. Space shall freestanding building, first class general office for use of VA Staff & visiting Veterans. Space must be in a quality building of sound construction (new modern building of one that has undergone first class restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use, such as an existing building) or construct to lease. Space must be on ground floor or 1st Floor & shall be handicapped accessible. Anticipated occupancy dtd: 8/1/06. Lease term: 5 yrs with 3 one-year optional renewal periods. SOL issued dtd o/b 4/26/06, with proposals due NLT 2:00 pm, 5/16/06. Government is limited by law to pay no more than the appraised fair market rental value for space.
