The National Park Service at Delaware Water Gap NRA is issing a combined synopsis/solicitation #Q432006001, and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07(b) for mowing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a commercial items service contract (Service Contract Act Wage Determinations apply) with one base year and four option years. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This contract is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6 million or less. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. See the attached Scope of Work for detailed instructions. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial items, applies. Evaluation of offers will include option year pricing, past performance, and best value to the Government. Include Offeror Reps and Certs - Commercial Items, according to the provision at 52.212-3, with bids. The provision at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due to Brenda Belotti by close of business May 15, 2006.
