NAICS: 212321 -CONSTRUCTION SAND & GRAVEL (ASPHALT EMULSION) BUSINESS SIZE -500 EMPLOYEES This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Zion National Park intends to acquire all labor, supplies, materials necessary to supply and apply bituminous material for the roadway surface chip seal. The area to be covered is approximately 6 miles of main line road with parking areas, campground loop and maintenance/housing area. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns, regardless of size. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. In accordance with FAR subpart 36-204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation package will be available on or about May 26, 2006. The solicitation will be posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To be included in the bidder's list, each prospective bidder should request a solication package in writing on company letterhead, which should have your company name, address, telephone number and a point of contact.
