Description

INVITATION FOR BID: I1590060008 -PIPE SPRING REPAIR AND REPOINT THE MASONRY ON THE VISITOR/CULTURAL CENTER. NAICS: 238140 MASONRY AND STONE CONTRACTORS This project is for the repair and repointing of the exterior sandstone walls of the joint Pipe Spring NM-Kaibab Paiute Tribe Visitor/Cultural Center. This building was constructed in 1973 and has a masonry envelope. The contract consists of providing all labor, supplies and materials necessary to complete the project. Pipe Spring National Monument is located with the Kaibab Paiute Indian Reservation, 14 miles west of Fredonia, Arizona. The monuments is on a paved road, 1/3 mile north of Arizona Highway 389. This solicitation will be posted electronically at http://ideas.nbc.gov. The specifications for this project will be issued on or about May 15, 2006. To be included on the bidder's list, each prospective bidder should request a solicitation package in writing on company letterhead. Fax your requests to (435) 772-3337. Include your company name, address, telephone number, email address, and point of contact. This will be a Best Value bid. The Solicitation is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Busioness Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns, regardless of size. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. A single award will be made. Contractors must register in the CCR to submit an offer. The web site is http://www.ccr.gov.
