Amendment #q to announcement - this amendment will attach the Scope of Work and Mowing Schedule, which was not included in the first announcement. If interested parties cannot locate the Scope of Work and Mowing Schedule, please contact Brenda Belotti at 570-340-5190 to have copies faxed. The National Park Service at Delaware Water Gap NRA is issing a combined synopsis/solicitation #Q432006001, and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07(b) for mowing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a commercial items service contract (Service Contract Act Wage Determinations apply) with one base year and four option years. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This contract is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6 million or less. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. See the attached Scope of Work for detailed instructions. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial items, applies. Evaluation of offers will include option year pricing, past performance, and best value to the Government. Include Offeror Reps and Certs - Commercial Items, according to the provision at 52.212-3, with bids. The provision at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due to Brenda Belotti by close of business May 15, 2006.
