Description
NSN 3110-00-100-5937. Bearing, Roller, Tapered. Identify to MIL-STD-130K, dated 15 JAN 2000. NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via internet address https://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL.TDMD. Bearing restriction: Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components; see restriction on acquisition of ball and roller bearings (DFARS 252.225.7016). Sampling for inspection and testing shall be I/A/W ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Critical application item made I/A/W Dwg. # A-A-59649B DTD 09/28/05, P/N AA59649-345. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,000 each. Estimated annual demand is 4,000 EA, and the stated maximum quantity is 6,000 EA. Delivery orders will range from 1,000 each to 2,000 each. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. FOB point is destination with I/A at origin. Estimated value of buy is $119,940 ($599,700 including the base & 4 option years). Requested delivery is 30 DARO, and surge is applicable for a quantity of 251 each. AVBS applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Estimated solicitation issue date: May 15, 2006.
