- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-145-0223. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Drawings, interim procurement descriptions and deviation lists may be examined or obtained from Defense Supply Center Richmond. Export Control Applies. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: Guaranteed Buy Quantity: 17 each Base Year only; Minimum Order Quantity: 17 each / Maximum Annual Contract Quantity: 136 each / Estimated annual quantity: 68 each. The requested delivery schedule is 292 days after First Article Approval. First Article Testing-Government applies. Delivery of the First Article unit is 150 days ARO. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 44 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 11 each - 30 Days ARO / 11 each - 60 Days ARO / 11 each - 90 Days ARO / 44 each - 120 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
