Description: Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, The United states Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Plant Health Inspection (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) intends to issue a sole source contract to LY-CON Rebuilding Co. located in Visalia CA, for overhaul and upgrade for two Super Cub engines as well as IRAN Inspection. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase order with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Numbered Note 22 applies.
