Description: Sources sought for Versico authorized roofing contractors that are also a service disabled veteran owned small business or a small hubzone business interested in repairing Versico EPDM room at the VA NIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Work includes installation of gravel on EPDM Roof in accordance with Versigard Loose Laid Ballasted Roof System Specifications. Roof is under warranty.
