- Description
- This requirement is to replace the floor-track heating system in the Engine Test Cell Facility, on Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision, work and facilities necessary to complete this project in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications and applicable drawings, all applicable codes, regulations, standards and other specified criteria. The resultant award will be a firm fixed price contract. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220 with a small business size standard of $13 million. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition procedures IAW FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 May 2006. The solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site at: www.fedbizopps.gov Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished.
