Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 10 each, Enterasys Networks Products and Services, pn A2H124- 24, 24 Port 10/100 L2 Switch; 10 each, pn ES-SN-S11, Includes Web Support, 24x7 phone, firmware updates/upgrades, and NBD advance replacement of parts for a period of 12 months; 10 each, pn MGBIC-LC09, 1000Base-LX Mini GBIC w/LC connector; 10 each, MGBIC-0 8, 1000Base-LX/Lh (70Km Long Haul) Mini GBIC; SMF via LC connector. FOB Destination (Fort Hood, Texas 76544). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 1200 hours, Thursday, 27 April 2006 and shall b e submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Pas t Performance and Price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Cont ractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and applicable FSC Codes with this offer.
