- Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Infinition Inc. 3630 Jean Talon, Trois Rivieres, Queb ec, Canada G8Y 2G7. This contract will be for the procurement of: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 Radar Antenna 10 GHZ Model BR-1021, Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 3. CLIN 0002 Junction Box JB5000, Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity 3. CLIN 0003 Doppler Analysis Module, VA PRO 2, Part Number 12000-03, Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 3. CLIN 0004 Signal Cable (4 cond.) on reel (100 m), Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 3. Infinition Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source th at can provide the required radar equipment. Acquiring these items will provide compatibility in form, fit, and function with existing Infinition radar systems and software currently in use at the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground. Award of this requi rement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQU EST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. If you fe el that your firm possesses the ability to provide these items, then you must respond by 1 May 2006, 3:00PM Mountain Standard Time.
