PRON: AX6F0217AX, NSN: 1560-01-082-9202, PN: 70700-20412-011, Quantity: Min: 270 each, Max: 670 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the UH-60. FOB Destination, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, and Stockton, PA. The required delivery with First Arti cle Test is 60 each, 419 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FAT is 60 each, 270 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U .S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
