Description

CONTACT Dylan Chung, AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AN,(732) 532-2788. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources or alternate sources for supply of the Armys Computer Test Set, TS-3920C/ASM, NSN 6625-01-529-3346. This is an urgent requirement that the po tential manufacturers/suppliers must be able to deliver 30 units of the TS-3920C/ASM, modify Technical Manuals and train the soldier within 8 months. The current source for this unit is Ultrax Inc., Cage 07PR7. The Computer Test Set TS-3920C/ASM is used to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Detailed technical data for the manufacturers or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Supplier capable of furnishing this unit must indi cate, by writing to Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AN, Building 1200E, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Electronic copies via email are acceptable.
