- Utility Evaluations to include testing/evaluating, reporting, and providing individual meters on 35 buildings to determine electric usage including Utility Component PCB levels at the Reserve Center complex located at Ft. Sheridan, Lake County, Illin ois -- Interested sources may obtain a Request for Proposal package including Plans and Specifications at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Paper copies and/or CD-ROM copies of this procurement will not be provided by the Government. The low offeror w i ll be required to provide experience they have in performing this type of work, management of this type of contract and experience in performing the requirements. In addition to the information requested above the total number of employees, ownership, y ea r firm was established, names of two principles to contact, including title, and Telephone numbers and previous experience. The apparant successful bidder must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contract award will be made until this requirement is met. Firms not already registered in the CCR database are highly encouraged to do so, prior to submitting a proposal, via the following World-Wide-Web Internet address: http://www.ccr.gov. The Nor th American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210. The Small Business Size Standard is $13.0 Million.
