- Amendment 0003 to Solicitation 0406AN60943 Training and Simulation, Training Engineering and Support Services. GovWorks is issuing an amendment to Solicitation 0406AN60943 to answer ten (10) questions. The solicitation close period remains the same. The requirement is a 100% small business set-a-side. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), specification, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1406-04-06-RP-60943. The RFP will close on May 1, 2006. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site.
